A chocolate fudge cake or vanilla with fresh cream; what would you prefer?
Personally I would go for both in a combination to enjoy the Alaska of a chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream layer and fresh cream on top!
Now how to consume loads of it without getting to be a fatty! Just found a way of not exactly getting the taste of it, but to enjoy the delight and of the amazing treat. Before you think I'm about to advertise a new desert, I am talking about a very exquisite bout between the two of the hottest of the Pakistani Models today, Neha and Ayyan.
Neha being the dusky sultry beauty with an amazingly sexy figure and the abs to die for while Ayyan, the relatively new dreamy legs in town with an innocent sex appeal!
Both of them dominate the Pakistani fashion scene in my opinion when it comes to fashion shoots and ramps.
Although Ayyan has achieved a bit more success through Branding. She is simultaneously the brand ambassador of several designer lines, putting aside the lawns, as well as other consumer products. While Neha also had her fair share of success in quite few commercials, Walls Magnum being the most talked about one, along with designer clothes, Ayyan has a slight advantage due to the fairer color and that being the choice the majority in this part of the sub-continent.
But for me, both are equally HOT and SEXY! So in order to share my enthusiasm the following is a small piece of my dedication to these amazing Beauties.
The video is titled DUSK Vs DAWN, and I believe you can easily guess get whose whom :-)

Back again after quite a while, but really hope that none will be disappointed with the return!
Without wasting any more time on explaining the gap b/w the last post...as they say...without further ado...

The background music/song choice is a sort of a remix of Khalid's 90s hit Arabic number "Didi" this time in both Arabic & English done by "Milk & Honey"..............yes i know how weird that sounds :D...

It's really hard to stay away from the Pakistani models for too long!
It has been a while since the last post, but hopefully this latest post will account for something.

Presenting the fifth of the series of compilations of the Hottest Pakistani Models Cat and Ramp Walks!

Pakistani Models: Humaima Malick Twilight Promo

Pakistani Model Humaima Malick, now a very established TV actress, is on her way to becoming a VJ/Host as she appears in the promo of "Twilight" program. I am not sure about it, but I think this program airs or will air on Play TV (Pakistani Music Channel) and what I have learnt about it is that it is your regular music show with calls and sms and songs (probably bollywood songs). What should set this one apart from the others is of course the beautiful Humaima!

About 2 years ago I posted a video on YouTube Channel featuring Pakistani Models Vinny, Nadia Hussain and Gia Ali, displaying some lingerie/sleepwear type clothing (Pakistani Models Vinny Nadia Gia - Hot Nighty Cat Walk)

Now after two plus years, I have got hold of a much longer and fuller version of the same video and it beats the previous one in a lot of ways. This time a longer video, better quality, more skin and more of the Pakistani Models Vinny, Gia and Nadia.

Beware! This is HOT stuff, so hot that you might remain in disbelief of what you are seeing!
Watch closely and you might even see what they are wearing underneath of what should already be worn under normal clothings. Try to grasp this ;-)

These Pakistani models appear Nymphs, so appealing and exotic that it would be hard to keep your hands of them...except for may be Gia Ali :-p.

Pakistani Models: Laila

One of those fashion video shoot that features a model, who is actually an actress of the almost disintegrated lolly-wood (Pakistani) film industry.
Not that this is her first time modelling, she has been an on and off fashion model as she as been a film actress.
Laila is not that a popular actress like Meera, Reema, Resham, etc. and has always appeared as a side heroine or in a supporting role, with typical badly choreographed seductive Lolly-wood film songs.
This particular fashion shoot however, speaks a bit differently about her. She looks pretty attractive and close to sexy. Laila is not your typical skinny fashion model. Being a Lolly-wood actress, she is in the league of those "Healthy" Punjabi movies' girls. But in spite of that, she looks very attractive, and the exotic location like the beach, has given this shoot a lot of additional points.

It has been a while since the last post, but better late than never....right!

And who better for a comeback than the GOLD that is not at all OLD, Pakistani Model Natasha Hussain a.k.a Natty.
This fun, exciting party gal, has been in the Pakistani fashion business for a long time and as far as I can remember! But the age has not stopped her beauty and fitness at all.
She still maintains the figure that the new Pakistani models are striving to achieve.

This particular shoot features here wearing a western line up by Umar Mushtaq with a Pakistani male model Muzamil. The photography is done by Amir Chisti and the makeup by Moon of the Depilex.

Pakistani Models: Sara Gilani

Do you remember this shoot? Furthermore, do you remember the female model from this shoot?
Yes! this is the one and the only Sara Gilani.
Sara Gilani belonged to an era of the Pakistani Fashion Modeling, when it was emerging from the ashes. Although Pakistani Models like Vaneeza Ahmed, Amniah Haq, Iman Ali, ZQ and of course Iraj Manzoor were already there, but this particular period saw the emerging of many fresh faces and this emergence has not stopped yet, in contrast to the previous ones.
Sara Gilani has been out of the modelling scene for quite some time now, also has gain a bit of weight, but she is still in the fashion/media biz. I guess she has stepped into some executive class now ;-)
Well I would not bore anyone with the history lesson anymore, and will come straight to business :-)
It would not be wrong to say that almost everyone who has been following DailyTimes Sunday Magazine, must have had remembered this particular photo shoot. The shoot features Pakistani Model Sara Gilani and Nomi Qamar and was for a Valentines Day Special Issue, some years back. The attire was provided by Mehdi while the photography was done by Shahzad Raza.
The poses here are pretty bold (or romantic as some might say).
When I first saw these, like many others, wished I could see the video for this shoot.
Many thanks to "Style 360", the 24 hours Pakistani Fashion Channel, finally got it! :-)

Pakistani Models: Rabia Ahmed

Pakistani Model Rabia Ahmed is back yet again with another photo shoot. The girl who many and many claim looks like a man :D, is back with more style on Style 360.
As far as her being looking like a man, I will not comment on that :)...I still think that she resembles Cassidy Freeman (just a slight bit) or may be Veena Malik :), nonetheless she looks very good and stylish in this photo shoot, and she still is one of the pretty good fashion models in the Pakistani fashion scene. I would have her model any day rather than Begum Nawazish Ali :D!

Anyways, as stated that she is back...(3 times now :) )...does not necessarily mean that this is a brand new photo shoot. In fact this shoot is older than the last one I had posted. But I have seen it for the first time and I am sure that many of you would too.
The photo shoot, as usual, aired on Pakistani Fashion Channel Style 360 on "Snapshot".
The makeup was done by Hina, Photography by Mani, and the modeling by Rabia Ahmed of course, posing for a western line.

There is a new set of steamed legs in town and the beauty who walks on them is the freshest addition in the Pakistani fashion modeling scene known as Ayyan!

Her syle, dare, beauty and the one rare feature that many of the Pakistani models lack, i.e. a good height makes her a real deal!

Ayyan is one of those who came, people saw, and she conqured the hearts!
She is at the moment, the most appearing Pakistani model on magazines, photo shoots and ramps.

The following is one of her very popular photo shoots that aired on Style 360. The shoot was for "Hanif Jewler" with a display of very exotic jewellry along with even more exotic Ayyan, captured on the camera by the photographer Fazal Abbas; along with some lovely and attractive makeup by KR. Crew and finally the shoot cordinated by Fatima.
Ayyan looks absolutely breathtaking with dresses of various colors made more brilliant by some lovely jewellry.

The title of this post may seem a bit odd, stating Maria Wasti as a Pakistani model. Although she is one of the most talented and leading Pakistani actresses and may present a very intuitive sense of style and fashion most of the times, she has not been a significant part of the fashion modeling scene.
But this particular and one of the rare video photo shoot will make a strong point that she can be as good as any current Pakistani fashion models!
She poses here for a western line of designs by Sanam Agha (quite a hottie herself).
The shoot is photographed by Munna Mushtaq, a very famous and successful photographer and also the brother of Pakistani model Gia Ali.

Vaneeza Ahmed a.k.a Vinny, as we all know is a very famous supermodel of Pakistani Fashion scene. After an extra ordinary and elusive success as model, Vinny launches herself in the business of garments, targeting lawns.

Vaneeza Ahmed conjured a brand name V9 for her range of lawn clothing along with Shehryar Sumar of Muhammad Farooq Mills where the clothes were manufactured. Vaneeza was chosen as the brand ambassador and the branding created a hype among the fashion conscious public.

Vaneeza ahmed changed the brand name in 2008 to “V Lawn” while Sumar carried on the banner for the V9 clothing line. She has now teamed up with more designers including the likes of Mehdi and Maheen along with designers that worked with her on the V9 collection. The new collection is not limited to lawn clothings but also features chiffon, raw silk, and khaadi wear.

The following feature presents her "V Lawn" summer collection for 2010, with herself as the model. Elegant as ever, with an exotic beach location, the photo shoot is very refreshing and well done. The Makeup by Sabs and Photography by Rizwan Baig adds some specialty to the whole shoot. The shoot aired on "Snapshot" of "Style 360" Pakistani fashion channel.

As most of us are aware that recently the Pakistani Fashion got another big boost in the international media when three of the most stunning and successful Pakistani Models were selected to appear in an Issue of the internationally acclaimed Norwegian Fashion Magazine called "Vixen".
Rabia Butt appeared on the cover page as Vaneeza Ahmed aka Vinny and Faiza Ansari joins her in the photo shoots.
The following video is the photo shoot for the magazine and features all three of the models. Photography was conducted by Maram Abroo who needs not introduction; one of the leaders and pioneers in the business.

Uncensored with Noor is Pakistan s biggest celebrity chat show hosted by the bubbly and beautiful actress cum model, Noor. The country's most popular celebrities are put on the spot as Noor asks them controversial questions and uncovers the latest gossip. The program airs on Indus Vision TV channel on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.
The particular clip is from one of the episodes of the program in which the guests were actress Nazli Soomro and actor Ahsan Khan. The clip consists of a small section of the interview of Nazli where she would get a small shock if she answers the questions in a lie. The final part of the episode where Noor, Ahsan Khan and Nazli dances off to end the show.
The highlight of the whole clip is of course non other than Noor, wearing a silky black dress and looking ravishing!

With a Lux Stlye Award for the best new emerging talent, one can only say that Rabia is here to stay and excel. She is a simple person who loves to keep loose curls and tries to dress up in casual and comfortable outfits.

Rabia has walked down the ramp for many top designer and been a part of many international fashion shows. Besides modeling, Rabia is a very good dancer and loves to dance to keep her self in shape. With rising demand and popularity at such a young age, Rabia is one of the most wanted models of Pakistan fashion industry who has already swept many off their feet.

The Vixen

A few months ago, Pakistani-Norwegian stylist Amar Faiz was in the country to do a style shoot for an issue of the Norwegian magazine, Vixen, with three of the country's most prominent models: Vaneeza Ahmed, Rabia Butt and Fayeza Ansari.

The magazine's issue - which has just been published in Norway - features a rather remarkable shot of Rabia of the cover and an eight-page spread inside featuring our very own models.

The issue has been written up by a Norwegian newspaper as well, with the editor, Marianne Jetemgard saying, "It is nonsense that the magazine covers with dark models do not sell. It is from some old sales surveys from the nineties that defined clearly what a magazine should look to sell. The result is that you get 20 exactly same magazines on store shelves, and I think today's fashion conscious women are thinking more than just selecting what they have seen before. As for the idea behind the shoot, I got the idea over a coffee with our regular stylist Amar Faiz when he was going to Pakistan this summer to shoot a fashion show. And as always I said that it is cover potential among the images that fit our magazine concept and our audience."

One fathoms that in modeling, one has to do as the roman's do. But Amna doesn't falls in such category; she has created her own Rome, where others have to adjust themselves.

A field where mafia seems to be in control as many gurus say, it takes much confidence and courage to survive in such field.

One may cogitate that in fashion field days of survival are numbered, until and only you give cardiac surgeons a tough time, but such is not the case with Amna Shafaat. The famous adage goes, she is beauty with brains.

She has proved that the perception of dumb girls joining the modeling field, is dumb in its self.

Either you choose any specific bandwagon, surviving Pakistani showbiz in solitude is impossible. The mafia in fashion field is not a cock and bull story, rather they are living in clover.

Amna has endured the fashion field with scrupulousness and veracity.

Her entry in fashion field might have been prudish for her fellow models. It was a fluke neither but moderately it was a good omen.

She has never fatigued for wining smile and wining face rather they came as a package from nature, which made her grasp the right field for herself.

There are many itches and pricks in this field, but when you have the right calamine lotion there is no stopping you.

One has to be prophetic and apocalyptic with sibylline style to live the norms of this field, but this diva seems to possess them for long now.

Amna Shafat was born on June 8, 1978 in Lahore, Pakistan. She attended Lahore Grammar School and is a graduate of Kinnaird College, Lahore.

Bashful, coquettish and demure were the words that prompts in mind when we see Amna's dexterity.

It was Khawar Riaz who offered her for modelling, when he first saw her at a party, but she refused the offer.

Later as time passed she introspected that modelling is the answer to her, so why not give it a try.

After that there was no stopping for her craft. Many came and went but she still smiles cheerfully in ABN Amros's commercial.

To be properly introduced in this field you have to have a successful craft to force masses to pluck interest in your ambitions.

Amna was lucky enough to have grabbed such right opportunity at the right time.

Though she accepts that when she was first offered to model in Dilruba, she refused, but later when they told her that it was made while keeping her in mind she accepted the offer.

Dilruba which gave Fakhir much exposure and reintroduced him after the break up of Awaz, happened to be lucky star for Amna too. Later she was also seen in song sponsored by Tulsi, but that didn't add much luck to her profile.

One reckons that Dilruba was and will be the label of her recognition, and ecstatic reminiscence for a long time. She believes that taking crafts without deep scrutiny can lacerate the threads of her career.

But it cannot be believed that any unsuccessful craft can be a hurdle to such diva. She seems to be addicted or is in deep love with TV commercials, because when it is the start of a new month you see her in a new commercial.

Pantene, Everyday, Lipton, Pel, ABN Amro and many other companies have been fortunate enough to have her presence introduced their venture. And no one knows she might be the reason behind the heavy upraise of their bank balance.

She is not seen on catwalks because she doesn't wants to walk on a line that others have to offer, the self made diva wants plenty of options to choose from. Her absence from teleplays and dramas are due to same reason.

She hates memorizing and delivering lines. She believes that making TV commercials is not an easy job to do.

Being a part of many hard working teams whose combined efforts made TV commercials successful and lively, she has then realized so.

Who knows? one day she might be directing a TV commercial herself too. So now there is no Ad that has not passed through her retina, she now watches them with creativity and pleasure.

She is also a net freak. Before entering the field of modelling she never discussed her dresses or choice of dresses candidly or otherwise with her friends, but as she excelled, begums and teenage girls reminded tailors of the dresses Amna was dressed in before having them instructed perfect cuts and stitches.

That's enigma, that's style but one can say that's the way Amna doodles. She is sweet and beautiful to the core of her heart. She hates jealousy and hypocrisy, that's what makes her forthright and friendly person with charisma.

Apart from Khawer Riaz, she has worked with other successful and famous photographers like Rehan Qureshi and Rizwan Beig.

Shafaat is best known as the model who refused to wear sleeveless dresses. People in the fashion industry predicted her career will be short-lived and she would get very little work in the industry, yet she
continued to prove them wrong.

She was at her prime when she left modeling in early 2006.

There is no high road to success but Amna has proved that fame, fortune and glory are not the product of a million dollar cheque rather they require a million dollar heart.

From modeling to acting, Annie Ali Khan, is one of the few who made the transition successfully and her journey continues unabated. Beautiful as she is, Annie can carry off any outfit effortlessly.
Having modeled for a number of ads she aims to exploit modeling to its optimum but at the same time she intends to see herself as an actress of substance. Although the two are different ball games altogether but she finds them equally interesting.

While talking about the qualities of a good model Annie says, "A good model should first and foremost be able to carry himself/herself well. Also a good attitude is definitely a plus. The general perception that modeling is all about a good face and that's all is no more a genuine conception.

With models now having acquired somewhat of a celebrity status, everything from the way they look to the way they talk, live and work is scrutinized," philosophies Annie.

Annie feels that the future holds a lot more for the modeling scene in Pakistan and this change has started making its presence felt.

Now-a-days it has become a rule of thumb that every other model is taking up acting. Annie doesn't find this strange and argues in favor of the issue.

Similarly on the basis of a rational comparison, Annie feels modeling and acting share an unmatched wavelength. If the first she finds interesting and monetarily sound, then the second is undoubtedly tough and challenging.

Annie completely believes in living for the moment. She doesn't set five or ten years plans for her career. All her focus is to make her present worthwhile. "My aim is to find new avenues to realize my creative abilities and to establish myself in the ones I am already involved in. In future I'll go for the kind of roles, which successfully capture my fancy."

If there is some girl that has made her presence felt on the modeling and fashion scene then it is none other than Mehreen Syed, who after bagging the Face of the Year award is looking for more.

With tens of magazine covers under her cap and numerous catwalks and shots in her kitty she is already on a rise. What to add more than her recent Indian tour that has given her the chance that she was looking for. She has been offered two films by top Indian banners which she is thinking over signing.

In a recent talk with Nation Plus, Mehreen Syed told, 'My Indian tour was amazing, though I have been offered movies from top notch directors but I have not signed any contract uptill now. I am doing negotiations with them and am looking at a few factors before making any final move, she added, 'I have been looking forward in working in a movie and this is like a dream come true but I am acting sensibly and is not making a radical decision on my part.

Shashi Ranjav is a friend of mine and she has discussed the story and the film with me and I am doing negotiations with her over that these days. I will definitely work in a movie and that is for sure but if it is the movie that I want then I would definitely go for it'.

Besides her modeling career and recently bagged face of the year award, she is busy with her flying career as well as some acting assignments. The lass is working in National Airlines as well is busy with loads of modeling assignment and is working big time in the tube these days.

Working simultaneously in two professions is very difficult and that is why Mehreen says, 'At times it is difficult in managing both but my seniors have always supported me and helped me doing what I want. That is why I have not faced any problems uptill now in taking up two professions simultaneously'.

Interestingly enough, in contrast to other models, who aspires to land in tube or films, she has no such plans of joining any such field except modeling and not even the catwalks. She is focusing her major attention towards modeling and fashion and plans to continue it further.

She makes her point clear by saying that, 'I had no plans because I am not inclined to do acting. I feel quite odd acting in tube or films. Acting is actullay a make belief world and I don't think that I can act as I can't memorize the lines and speak. That is the very reason that I also don't do catwalks'.

The gal leads a very different life. She loves spending most of the spare time with her family. Though she was not much interested in watching TV before coming in showbiz. She tells that now she is more interested in watching the TVCs,

'I know that how much effort is been done on a TVC. You make a small world in itself. I never watched the TVC's and advertisements before I actually started appearing in them. But I think that making an advertisement is a tough job, every one puts up its effort'.

When asked about the role models, Amina again proves to be different than the rest of girls and says, 'I was not the kind of person who view the magazines and discusses the dresses with the friends, I only knew Amna Haq, Vinnie and Iraj before actually coming into it.

There were no role models for me naturally as I never aspired to be a model. It was just the decision of a life time' Was she camera shy? 'Yes, I was a little bit confused doing my first TVC.
The camera was so big and I was so confused how to do that. But gradually I learnt it.

Now, I know how much effort is been put up in a commercial. It was an awesome experience shotting the commercial. When I came back I told all my friends what happened there and how much exciting the whole experience was'.

She has worked with hosts of photographers including Khawer Riaz, Rehan Qureshi and Rizwan Beig and he terms Khawer the best. 'You don't mature if you work with one photographer only. It becomes boring for you. That is why I work with others too as every photographer has its own individuality'.

She is also hosting Rashid Khawaja's Fashion based magazine show 'Adda', that is going on air by the end of next month. 'the show reveals all the major aspects of fashion and is about models and fashion in general. I have loved been part of this show and it reveals the inside out of us'. She has signed a host of plays and is concentrating on them right now.

Mehreen Syed was much exited about her play Ik Kasak Baqi Hai Abhi that is been complete and is going on air on tube from next month. A Zommie Productions' play that is been directed by Azeem Sajjad while it has been penned by Dr. Dennis Izak.

'the play has been shot excellently and I am looking forward to get that on aired as I have really worked hard over that. It has a very strong story line and I have thoroughly enjoyed my lead character in the play'. Revealing her experience working in plays she told, 'I brenched out into acting merely because I wanted to see how I would fare there. I was bombarded with offers for the mini screen but I chose to do telefilms and a few interesting projects only'.

Within just a few months, she has already bagged three serials and two telefilms that she is going to shot in this month. She is absolutely thrilled with the response that she is getting and plans to stick to acting now. She is very much choosy about her work that is why she prefers signing limited projects at a time.

When inquired, she told, 'I just like to do selected work and that is why I don't sign up everything that comes my way.

That is the reason though I have worked very less I am noticed. I don't want to get overexposed; that is the basic reason behind not taking every single project that comes my way.

I love to work with Ather Shehzad and hesitate to work with other photographers as I don't find the quality work in their work as I find it in Ather Shehzad's work.

They have supported me all the way in my career and that is why I have been able to bag the face of the year award. I am thankful to them for the support that they have given me'.

Aminah has done a few international commercials, notably in Canada and was interviewed by 'French Vogue' and also did a centerfold for French Vogue.
Aminah Haq is the only model who has been the a Lux Girl for the past 7-8 years, and also a winner of a Lux Style award for the best actress. Now a bit out of the modelling scene (not completely) she emphasis more own her career as designer with her boyfriend Ammar Belal (lucky guy) and is the co-owner of the brand ABCD.
Although she is not into modelling that much these days her charms and charsima still puts her under the spotlight every now and then! Whether there is a party, fashion or style awards, or any celebrety social gathering, Aminah Haq is sure to be found there, lightening and brightening the evenings!
